We had been struggling to find some type of homeowner's coverage for one of the trusts we manage. State Farm was cancelling her policy since she is currently in a nursing home. The courts wouldn't let us sell the home but yet we needed coverage. I called Tallahassee to see if State Farm could, in fact, cancel us and was told yes and that only two agencies could assist us with coverage and yours was not on the list. I called the two agencies Tallahassee provided to me and no one bothered to call me back. Of course State Farm wasn't interested in helping me yet they didn't mind collecting the monthly premiums we paid.
I called your office on Monday afternoon to see if you were available to offer some suggestions. I spoke with Kriste who answered the phone, explained my problem and as of Tuesday afternoon had a policy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. She also called back when she said she would and was patient in answering my many questions.
I'm not sure why Tallahassee wouldn't have you listed as an agent for this type of insurance need but I'm very glad I took a chance and called your office. You saved us big time!!!

Over the last three years, Brian Hendricks and his staff provided me with excellent service: they promptly answered all my questions, whether it was by telephone or email. Asn an out-of-town landlord, I rely on my agent to handle any issues with the mortgage lender or the insurance company, because I do not have a lot of time to chase up every loose end. In that regard, Brian and his staff were very helpful. And when I had questions about coverage amounts, I felt they were always answered in a professional and also friendly manner. Very recently, I received a mailing from Mr. Hendricks about flood coverage and called to discuss the issue with Amanda - I found her answers to be helpful and I decided to add flood protection. When I purchased a new home, Brian was prompt and efficient in providing me with an estimate and documents for the closing. Later in the year, when I added Thomas Kincaid paintings to my home, I was able to easily add inexpensive insurance to cover them. This past year Heather and Brian have both been extremely professional and consistently provide high quality customer service. I have switched my automobile insurance and added motorcycle insurance, both of which were good companies and lower premiums than the competition.
